Anyone else experiencing duplicate loot frequently, or hard to obtain a variety of loot (other than chips)? Every single time I have upgraded a basic loot case up to a legendary case... I have only received chips. Don’t get me wrong, chips are nice but I’d prefer catching some of the rare loot items (i.e clothing, earrings, table items, etc). It never fails, upgrading = chips. The redundancy is disappointing knowing there are some pretty good loot items but no real strategic way to earn them other than “luck”. Maybe an update in the loot distrubution or making loot earnable through challenges/bounties? Anyone with similar situations and/or have heard of an updated fix in the future? v/r sarge
We've released a brand-new update for Prominence Poker on Xbox One & PS4. Check out the list of changes below: Adjusted loot case chip rewards and upgrade prices to match store prices. Upgraded loot cases will never award duplicate items or nicknames. Ranked tournament rating calculations are now based upon relative tier instead of precise relative rating. The winner close up at the end of a hand is now shown only if the hand is interesting enough. There are now roughly triple the number of win/lose reaction animations. Some improvements to the nickname screen to make it more usable. Lobbies now show a background image representing the chosen venue. "Waiting for next hand" is now shown when you join a ring game in progress. Fixed a bug that caused the bankroll shown while at the table to not immediately reflect the chips earned from a challenge. Fixed a bug that caused the community cards in the HUD to get stuck showing the previous hand's cards until new cards are dealt. Fixed a bug that caused the daily cut timer to be inaccurate and misleading. Fixed a bug that caused the daily cut spinner sound to repeat forever. Fixed various cosmetic bugs in the shell. Many bug fixes to reduce server disconnections and improve stability. Fixed a bug that caused your bankroll not to reflect your ranked tournament chip rewards immediately after claiming them. REP received from sending gifts to other players used to be random. Now it's 10% of the gift purchase price. For example, if you buy a gift for someone for 150,000 chips you will receive 15,000 rep. Fixed a bug that caused some instability during ranked tournament matchmaking. The all-in close up is now shown for everyone at the table, not just for the player going all-in. However, it is only shown when the situation is interesting enough, which is not very often in practice.

BOOSTS will drastically amplify both your REP and Daily Cut rewards for 3 full days! All players will receive this FREE 3 Day BOOST upon creating their account and logging in for the first time. Fear not existing players, you will receive your FREE 3 Day REP BOOST upon your next log-in. Reworked the way players join their first AFFILIATION As mentioned in the prior patch, we noticed that there was some confusion surrounding the Affiliations and how to join them. We took a step back and realized that the process required in joining an Affiliation felt more like a chore than a reward. We have changed the Affiliation join process. Players will no longer be required to beat the Affiliations Boss in the Underground in order to join their first Affiliation. Now, all players will be directed to the Affiliation menu upon returning to the Main Menu after reaching level 10. Players can then join an affiliation of their choice and begin reaping the rewards without having to complete any additional actions. Choose wisely my fanny pack wearing friends, only your first Affiliation can be joined without beating the Boss. BOUNTIES have replaced Timed Challenges We have reworked the timed challenges displayed on the PLAY! and PAUSE Menus, turning them into BOUNTIES. BOUNTIES reward CHIPS instead of REP for completion! Players can hold 1 Weekly and 3 Daily challenges at a time. Weekly challenges reset each week, Daily each day at 00:00 UTC (this will be the same time that your Daily Cut is ready), so make sure to complete these before they expire! DAILY CUT payout changes and increased messaging We have adjusted the DAILY CUT reward values and increased rewards for building a Streak. We have also added additional messaging to let players know when their next cut is ready, as well as what level they will receive their Next Cut Increase. We wanted to emphasize the Streak Bonus multiplier instead of the Base Bonus to further reward players who come back more often. Players will also now build their streaks quicker, resulting in more chips faster for consecutive log-ins. Improvements We are always looking to improve the game, along with the larger changes mentioned above, here are some quality of life improvements we’ve made. Greetings! We’re happy to reveal that our third patch for Prominence Poker is now available. This is our largest update so far with a ton of quality of life improvements as well as the addition of leaderboards. Again, we can’t thank our community enough for their fantastic feedback during the Closed Beta. As always, we encourage you to post either on the Steam forums or our official website with your suggestions, feedback, and bug reports.
