Suggestion: Limit the emotes/character actions. Please.

I'd like to see a limit on the amount of emotes (the actions with the d-pad) players can do per minute, hour, etc. I was playing a ring game and a player named Glaucos One was constantly doing the clap one. Like dozens if not hundreds of times. He was doing 5-10 in a row frequently. I like to have the sound on but it'll really drive you crazy. They're doing this on purpose to constantly annoy people as a trolling method.

I really like having the emotes feature but it can really be abused by some. Muting them only mutes their mic and not the sound of the emotes.

I have a feeling that if a limit isn't put into the game that more and more people will start doing this.

Thanks for the great game :) Hope you consider this.

I don't see that happening. If you walk into a casino to play someone could sit there and clap the entire time. That's just the way life goes.

I think you have to just learn to let that go, but I sympathize.  I remember one night (I think I was already a bit grumpy) on the old Full House Poker game on Xbox 360, there were 3-4 players in a row who kept doing that chip trick where the chip rolls across the shoulders.  I think they were trying to do the wave or something.  It was pretty feckin annoying.

It just makes busting them out more satisfying when it happens though.

It can be very annoying. I've had this happen many times. Usually a noob. A cool down might be justified.

As annoying as emotes were in that game, I kind of miss some of them. Like staring players down when you zoomed in on them. All I can do now is clap sarcastically in response to players going all in preflop because they had a lone ace in their pocket and felt the Poker Gods' "blessings" shine down from above.

It's just not sassy in the same way.
