New Known Issues (Updated on 4/28)

  • Case 89215: Gamewide - The player cannot interact with the game after opening the Shop, followed by the Table Rankings and Pause Menu. This is an off-path issue that still has chances of occurring for some users.
  • Case 89345: Underground - The game does not proceeds after folding during any boss battle.
  • Case 89116: Ring game - Kleaners - Rejoining a game in progress that the user was previously playing may cause the title to crash.
  • Case 89241: Players are currently unable to mute their microphone.
  • Case 89236: Some instances of crashing in multiplayer.
  • Case 88644: Refilling the table does not multiply the Rep reward by the number of users gifted.
  • Case 88750: Some cases of spooky ghost users when auto rejoining.
  • Case 89232: Radial Action Menu information does not appear when the player has the mouse cursor in the RAM area before it appears.

  • Case 88925: Character Model textures do not render appropriately on the main menu. This issue returns to normal after rejoining a game.
  • Case 89222: A network error occurs if the user accepts an invitation to a different game with a Rejoin process pending.
  • Case 88934: Some enviroments have flickering shadows or other types of artifacts
  • Case 89036: The characters lower body jitter in their seat while betting or folding.
  • Case 89090: The user's skin color briefly turns white during the intro cutscene.
  • Case 89115: Rejoining a game in progress that the user was previously playing may cause the title to crash.
  • Case 89116: Ring game - Kleaners - Rejoining a game in progress that the user was previously playing may cause the title to crash.
  • Case 89112: The user cannot reconnect to a tournament after being disconnected for more than 10 minutes.
  • Case 89125: [PC] Don't change resolution if user doesn't change selection
  • Case 88750: MP - Rejoining a Ring game after cancelling the auto-rejoin creates a ghost of the user.
  • Case 88896: Gamewide - Title will freeze when rejoining Prominence after losing connection.
  • Case 89040: Achievements - The description text for playing 50 game in "X" environment does not match the naming convention.
  • Long load times, especially below recommended specs.
  • There's about a 10% chance that users will encounter a fatal error. Around 1% of users may find themselves stuck in an infinite loop, that will require support to fix.

We're planning on doing weekly updates, or hotfixes as they come in to help alleviate these issues. We appreciate the support as we work our way through the kinks of beta.

I'm in that 10% For me there is a little bit of lag/a hiccup at the 505 games splash screen and then right after I get the "fatal error" message and it closes itself. Like Virus, I haven't made it far enough to make an in game username. I can share my steam profile if that helps. http://steamcommunity.com/id/pancakes11/

Weird we're not seeing you listed in the database. Are you sure that's your Steam name?

Did you actually make it into a table or were you unable to login?

I never made it to a table. just the splash screen.

When first logged on and clicked on chip screen went black until I clicked on screen. second time OK.

No players so just practiced. below are practice comments.

Side pot is always shown even when no side pot is involved.

Win streak always 1 does not increase.

When you loose you always see opponents hold cards, this would not really occur (unless it is just for training).

Tech poker issues:-

When you call a player who is all in and you have more chip than them, you just call you are not all in and there is no side pot.

However if there are players left to play after you you should have the options to call or go all in.

Steam Username is [E] Jaym4n, Windows 10

When playing full screen, clicking to a different monitor and back causes a crash. I've only been able to reproduce it once for a total of two occurrences.

Furthermore, while in full screen, clicking to a different window while the tutorial is loading causes an app crash and makes the tutorial unplayable upon reopening the game, as if it had been skipped but with none of the rewards.

I can't seem to edit my post, but the tutorial was accessible through selecting Prominence Casino through Underground, however I ran into a bug where the "he bloody pushed me all in" line at the end just looped until I closed the game and then it gave a fatal error.

Hey Allisonaxe! Thanks for bringing this up, it's an issue we discovered recently.

I have good news in three forms:

1) Those are not your actual cards. The server deals your hand, and those cards are correct. This is a user interface issue that comes up sometimes if you're paused or doing something else when you get dealt in. 

2) There is a workaround: Just pause/unpause the game (bring up the menu) and your cards should appear correctly. 

3) It's already fixed developer side! Next time we do a live update, it won't happen anymore. (this is Soon, hopefully

Multiplayer Head to Head, after a few games with a friend, apparently does not show the other player's hand on the zoom in, no matter what muck option they choose. It shows on the table, just not the zoom.

 

And also, the in game voice chat mute button doesn't work.

@WhiskeyNinja and @Savage I think we are aware of these, but wanted to double check.

The game is generally working well so well done guys. However, I do have a couple of observations...

1) I seem to lose connection to the game a lot. This is particularly frustrating when you have been playing for a while, especially if you are heads up, and I can get to other web resources via my browsers or other internet enabled apps. I have never been able to reconnect back into my game once disconnected even tho I have been able to reconnect to the game very quickly. (I  have been playing the Underground - Single Player section to get used to the game and because I don't seem top be online when other tournaments players are around.)

2) I have noticed that the graphics seems to be in soft focus or slightly blurred so it is not always easy to see what cards my players have at showdown or their chipstacks when you click on the table menu. (I have a pretty good monitor and quite often play HD movies via my computer which are always very sharp.)

Apart from these little niggles, the game is working well for me. I haven't encountered the splash screen fatal error problem mentioned above. I have managed to play, and win, enough games to build my bankroll up a bit and get to level 10 this weekend. I will definitely continue to play.
